The Rutgers-Newark Small Business Development Center (Rutgers-Newark SBDC) is located at 43 Bleeker Street, in Newark, New Jersey. As one of 11 SDBCs in the state of New Jersey, the Center provides its services to entrepreneurs and small businesses who wish to establish their businesses in Essex County.
